We only supply NEW items - NOT 2nd hand or reconditioned.
We do not buy 2nd hand or used sanitary ware - We do not sell painted or coated sanitary ware replacements.
- We only sell Vitreous China sanitary ware (inc. cistern lids) - no resin or plastic copies.
- All items we supply conform to UK specifications (not foreign copies)

The products listed on our Trade Counter Web Site cannot be bought from us through E Bay.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
- All prices quoted include VAT and our standard delivery to a UK mainland address (Exc N.I).
- Delivery to C.I’s., N.I., I.o.W., I.o.M., Scottish Islands & some areas of the Scottish Highlands chargeable extra
- All items are sent by a parcel carrier with the exception of small items suitable for first class post.

We try to offer all the items listed in our Trade Counter for prompt despatch
However, not all variants will be be immediately available.
We will notify you shortly after placing your order if the goods are not available for immediate despatch.
If delivery is likely to be more than fourteen days you will be offered the option of an immediate refund and cancellation of you order.
