Toilet seat hinge expanding fixing toggles & bolts ( top fix )

Pair of toilet seat fixings for top fix seats. Can also help to stabilise bottom fix models of toilet seats.

• Pack comprises pair of two threaded steel bolts and expanding toggles / grommits..
• When bolt is tightened the toggle will expand in toilet pan hole and secure seat in position.
• Can be used to convert seat models to top fix option if pan does not allow bottom access.
• Expanding toggle inside pan hole can also help to stabilise top fix models of seats.
